Term and Conditions

  1. Hotel stores this luggage for your convenience. We bear no responsibility for money and valuable contents. Hotel will not responsible for loss or damage due to force majeure (fire, floods, theft, or other causes beyond our control)
  2. Hotel will keep the item within 24 hours since the storage time. We are not responsible for item which stored more than that time.
  3. Item held in storage will only be released upon presentation of this coupon.
  4. Hotel will not deliver the storage item to any unidentified person.
  5. Hotel is authorized to deliver the item to any person presenting the luggage claim tag, without requiring any proof of identity, and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, howsoever arising, which may be suffered by the owner as result thereof
  6. Check in time is at 03.00 PM, while check out time is at 12.00 PM
  7. It is strictly prohibited to stay overnight in or receive visitors in the room, except for;

   a. Men and/or women who are legally married to each other or are immediate family members;
   b. Persons of the same sex, provided that there is no indication of inappropriate or unlawful conduct.

 8. Breakfast time start from 06.00 AM – 09.00 AM (Monday – Saturday), and 06.00 AM – 10.00 AM (Sunday & Public Holiday)

 9. Room keys that are lost, damage or not returned at the time of check out will be subject to a fine of IDR 50,000 / pcs

Syarat dan Ketentuan

  1. Pihak hotel menyimpan barang ini demi kenyamanan anda. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas uang maupun barang berharga lainnya. Hotel tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan dan/atau kerusakan yang terjadi karena force majeure (kebakaran, banjir, pencurian, atau hal-hal lain di luar kendali hotel)
  2. Hotel akan menyimpan barang ini dalam waktu 24 jam sejak waktu penitipan barang.
  3. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap barang yang tidak diambil melebihi batas waktu penyimpanan tersebut.
  4. Barang yang tersimpan akan diserahkan hanya jika tamu menunjukkan tanda bukti penitipan ini.
  5. Pihak hotel berwenang untuk menyerahkan barang ini kepada siapapun pihak yang dapat menunjukkan tanda penitipan barang ini, dan tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap kehilangan maupun kerusakan yang ditimbulkan di kemudian hari
  6. Waktu check in adalah pukul 15.00 WIB, sedangkan waktu check out adalah pukul 12.00 WIB
  7. Dilarang keras menginap atau menerima tamu di dalam kamar, kecuali:
    a.  Pria dan/atau wanita yang memiliki hubungan suami istri yang sah/ keluarga;
    b.  Sesama jenis jika tidak memiliki orientasi seksual yang menyimpang;
  8. Waktu breakfast adalah pukul 06.00 s/d 09.00 WIB (Senin s/d Sabtu) dan 06.00 s/d 10.00 WIB (Minggu dan hari libur nasional)
  9. Kunci kamar yang hilang/rusak/tidak dikembalikan ke receptionist pada saat check out, maka akan dikenakan denda @ Rp 50.000 per pcs
  10. Jika bapak / ibu memerlukan bantuan, mohon menghubungi receptionist di nomor extension “10” atau “11”
